Information you choose to provide
When you request early access or submit a contact inquiry, we collect your email address. You may also provide your name, role or inquiry topic, and a message. These additional details are optional. We record the type and date of the submission and, for access requests, your consent and when it was given.
If you email us, we receive your email address and the contents of that correspondence. Please do not send passwords, API keys, payment details, or confidential customer or project records.
How we use it
We use these details to review your request, respond to you, understand potential use cases, and provide relevant early-access information where you have agreed to receive it. Sending a contact inquiry does not sign you up for early-access updates. We do not sell this information or use it for targeted advertising.
There is no automated outbound email campaign at launch. Any response or access update is handled manually. You may ask us to stop contacting you or remove your request at any time.
Website hosting and technical data
Cloudflare serves the website and processes access and contact form submissions. Submitted form records are stored using Cloudflare’s database service. Cloudflare may process technical data, such as network addresses and request information, to deliver and protect its services.
The forms use transient abuse-protection signals at the network edge. Raw IP addresses are not stored in the submission database. Cloudflare may separately process service and security logs under its own practices.
Infrastructure may process information in countries other than your own. You can read Cloudflare’s privacy policy for information about its processing.
Cookies and analytics
We do not set analytics or advertising cookies or use marketing analytics or advertising trackers on this website. Cloudflare’s infrastructure may process technical information for security and service delivery. We do not collect payment information or use payment processing here.
Retention and removal
We manually review stored access requests and contact inquiries and delete them when no longer needed, after 12 months, or earlier following a verified deletion request. This is a manual retention process, not automatic expiry. Infrastructure logs and backup copies may follow Cloudflare’s separate retention practices.
To request access to, correction of, or deletion of the information you submitted, email hello@moiravo.com from the address associated with your request. We may need to verify the request before changing or disclosing information.
Changes to this notice
We will update this page when our website practices change and revise the effective date. If we introduce a product or materially different data use, its applicable information will be provided before that use begins.
